Was really excited to try out Verandah and was not disappointed. Highly recommend their ceviche for appetizer, although the carnitas Mac and cheese were also amazing. Their birria tacos were so good, but don’t go in expecting quesabirria tacos. These were divine in their simplicity. (EDIT: I believe they now offer a quesabirria taco plate!) For dessert, we had their bread pudding, best bread pudding I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be back, highly recommend! It is kind of small, so consider making reservations if you’re going at peak dining hours. And don’t forget the drinks!

Verandah in Morton had a nice atmosphere and friendly people. The service was just okay, and the food was average. Unfortunately, the prices didn’t match the quality—definitely higher than expected for what you get.

This new restaurant in our small town is a new gem. Despite our small size, this establishment offers truly remarkable flavors. The menu is filled with delectable dishes that are sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate. They even accommodate food allergies which made me so happy. From the first bite, it is evident that the chefs love what they do. This new restaurant is a testament to the fact that great taste knows no boundaries, regardless of the size of the town it is located in. Highly recommend it for a special evening out, or a bite for lunch, and the bar looks fabulous!

We were looking for a light meal after a tiring drive, and Verandah offered just that. The waiter was present without being overbearing and made excellent suggestions. Hubby got the Gio Bowl, which was exactly the dinner salad he wanted, and I had the Birra Soup, which had amazing flavors (yes cilantro!) and the squeeze of lime made it even more interesting. Very light, very good. We highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish! We got in quickly on a weeknight and food was served quickly too. Cocktails were delicious and fairly priced. We got the jalapeño poppers and tacos and think this contends with any “foodie” restaurant! Interior and bar was beautifully done.

What a wonderful meal. Our favorite was the Chille Relleno taco, the Rib eye Taco....and the Calimari was absolutely perfect. The Ceviche was crisp and fresh...could have used some zing( jalapeños).. we also had 3 other tacos, Carnitas, Birria and pork belly. The Birria and Pork Belly were a bit overcooked....We will be back, there is more to try~ all in all a wonderful meal. Great service with a smile by Jayci~ Can't wait to try the Shrimp Burrito~! Thank you,
